Meanwhile, tomorrow is Ash Wednesday and the beginning of our Lenten season. I invite you to join us at 9:00 am, 4:00 pm, or 7:00pm, to hear the word of God and to receive the distribution of ashes.
During these services we will be holding a special collection for those in need in Ukraine. If you would like to donate online, click HERE and select Ukraine Relief Fund from the dropdown menu.

Topic: "Way of the Cross - Follow the Love of Jesus"
You are invited to begin Lent by joining the women of WINGS as they pray a contemporary Way of the Cross – Follow the Love of Jesus. We can unite ourselves to Christ if we follow in His footsteps along the Way of the Cross and pray while reflecting on our own faith journeys – the ups and downs, twists and turns, the questions, doubts, fears, challenges and hopes.
Mary Fair will lead us on an interactive walk with Jesus to Calvary through prayer, reflection, music, and activities to help us understand and relate to the powerful message of each Station. As a more mature Catholic, Mary has found that the Way of the Cross is a powerful prayer that deepens our faith and prepares us more deeply for Lent.
Mary is one of the founding members of WINGS at St. Charles and has served in various leadership positions in the parish and the diocese. She has been a member and facilitator of a small faith group of women for over two decades. She has been humbled to be invited to lead the Advent and Lent reflections at WINGS for the past 10 years. Mary’s faith journey has been enriched by the relationships she has made and the faith stories she has heard and shared since God sent her to St. Charles in 1999.

Mark your calendar and don’t miss our Parish Lenten Mission on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (March 14, 15, and 16) at 7:00 p.m. each evening in the Church. These Sessions will also be livestreamed.
Our parish Mission is a retreat designed to enhance your lives as Catholic Christian families and individuals. Our Church, like many others, has had its share of challenges. These challenges have affected our family's spiritual and interpersonal relationships.
As we now fully come together, we will take advantage of this Lenten season to heal and feel whole once again. This Lenten Mission will provide the opportunity for reflecting, praying, and finding our own prophetic voices. It is then that we will experience healing and wholeness. Be a part of the healing of our community.
Sister Joann Heinritz, a Sister of Saint Joseph of Carondelet, is an anointed and gifted preacher. She will lead us each night on our spiritual journey to experience God’s healing and the transformation of our community.

Most of our charitable funds come from our live auction events. Since a live auction is not an option this year, we are asking you to consider making a direct donation, purchase a to-go dinner or two, and/or enter into our raffle to win a fabulous prize.
The funds from your tasty meal will go towards many of the charities the Livermore Knights of Columbus support, such as: Goodness Village, Open Heart Kitchen, Disaster Relief, Livermore Homeless Refuge, Shepherds Gate, Las Positas College Veterans Scholarships, Special Olympics and our local schools to name a few.
