Dear Parishioners,
The term Christmas literally means “Mass on Christ’s Day or Christ’s Mass." Christmas is a shortened form of it. Christmas is a time of spiritual reflection on the important foundations of the Christian faith. It's also a celebration. It's when Christians celebrate God's love for the world through the birth of the Christ child: Jesus.
So, there could be no true Christmas when we neglect to attend Holy Mass. We'll also have Caroling before the 10:00 p.m. Holy Mass on Sunday, December 24!
I want to wish all the members of our Church a Christmas filled with joy, love, and the warmth of family and friends. May peace be your constant companion during this festive season, bringing blessings that linger throughout the coming year 2024.
Advent and Christmas Blessings,
--- Fr. Augustine Joseph
