Thank You, Lord, For Our Oktoberfest!
I offer a heartfelt thank you to everyone in our parish family who supported, volunteered, and participated in our Oktoberfest celebration. What a wonderful event it turned out to be! The joy, laughter, and fellowship we shared were a true reflection of the unity and spirit that make our church community so special.
From those who helped plan and organize, to the volunteers who gave their time and energy on the day of the event, and to all who contributed food, games, music, and decorations—your efforts created an atmosphere of warmth and welcome for all who attended. Families, children, and friends gathered to enjoy delicious meals, lively entertainment, and activities that brought smiles to every face. It was a celebration not just of autumn, but of the blessings of community life rooted in faith.
Events like Oktoberfest remind us that when we come together, we create more than just a festive day; we build bonds of friendship and strengthen the spirit of our parish. Thank you once again for your generosity, your presence, and your joyful participation. May God bless each of you for helping make Oktoberfest such a success!
Thank you for the music, the food, and the dancing. Everything was just great.
I want to mention some of the people in our parish who worked hard and sacrificed to make the event a success: Anita, Ron, and Steve Pasch (and SET team), Gary Stimmell, Diane Rinetti, Jeanine Builta, Marianne Kovacich, Phyllis Clearwater, Janet Schott, Linda Trame, Roy Cavellini, Darlene and Bob Murphy, and the Pastoral Council.
