“Rebuild My Church”
While praying before the crucifix at San Damiano around 1205–1206, St. Francis of Assisi heard a voice from Christ calling him to "rebuild my church, which is falling into ruin".
Our Chapel holds a sacred place in our hearts - it is the most beautiful and important space where we lovingly reserve the Blessed Sacrament. It is here that we gather in quiet prayer, find peace, and experience the Real Presence of Christ among us. Many people come to pray in the Chapel throughout the day and even at night. Over time, however, this holy place has begun to show signs of wear and is in need of careful renovation.
We are planning a Chapel renovation project to restore its beauty, dignity, and reverence, making it a more fitting dwelling for the Blessed Sacrament and a more prayerful space for all who enter. The estimated cost of this project is $20,000. This includes essential repairs, painting, new flooring, restoration of pews, and enhancements that will uplift the Chapel's spiritual atmosphere.
We humbly invite all those who feel called to support this sacred cause. Your generous donation, no matter the amount, will help us carry out this important work with care and devotion. Every contribution brings us one step closer to renewing this holy space where so many come to seek comfort, strength, and grace.
By giving, you are not only helping to restore a physical structure but also nurturing a place of deep spiritual connection for our entire community. May your kindness and generosity be richly blessed.
If you would like to contribute, please consider donating and sharing this appeal with others who may wish to support this meaningful mission. You can contribute online, at the Donation Station, or by dropping off a check or cash at the parish office. Together, we can renew our chapel into a place that truly reflects the beauty and sanctity of the Blessed Sacrament.
